Shipping Methods: Depending on the size and weight, orders ship via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) or via Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight Carriers for larger equipment.

Order Processing & Handling

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This confirms we have received your order and authorized payment.
Processing Period: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to confirm your order and prepare it for shipment.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Once your order has left the warehouse, transit times typically range from 2 to 7 business days.

Ground Shipping (UPS/FedEx/USPS): Standard delivery to your door or driveway. Tracking is provided via email within 24 hours of the item leaving the warehouse.
Freight/LTL Shipping (Curbside Delivery): For large/heavy items. Delivery is made to the curb at the end of your property. This does not include bringing the item inside or assembly.

Receiving Your Freight Delivery

Scheduling: For freight shipments, the carrier will call you to set a delivery appointment. You must be present to sign the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Inspect Before Signing: Carefully inspect the boxes/pallets for any damage before signing. If damage is visible, you must mark “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt.
Severe Damage: If the shipment is severely damaged, document it with photos and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at support@eliteoptimal.com.

Shipping Challenges & Fees

Damages: Report any hidden damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery. Our first priority is to send replacement parts to ensure you have a brand-new, fully functional product.
Storage Fees: Most freight companies only hold items for 3-5 business days. If you are unable to receive the delivery, you may be responsible for storage fees or return shipping costs.
Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused for any reason other than extensive damage, you will be responsible for the actual shipping charges (both ways) and a restocking fee.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time. If you wish to use a freight forwarder, we can ship to their location within the lower 48, but Elite Optimal is not responsible for the items once they reach the forwarder.

Description

BenchK PB3 Steel Pull Up Bar

A pull-up bar made in Poland, conforming to European safety standards PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03 for gymnastic equipment.

The PB3 pull-up bar, available in black or white, is equipped with four felt-lined hooks that protect the wooden rungs from damage. Its removable design allows the bar to be easily repositioned at different heights to suit the user. When rotated, the pull-up bar can also be used as a barbell rest, supporting a maximum barbell weight of 200 kg / 441 lbs.

The construction is based on a steel profile measuring 50 × 40 mm (1 31⁄32″ × 1 37⁄64″) with a steel thickness of 2 mm (5⁄64″) and a grip pipe diameter of 27.2 mm (1 5⁄64″). Attention has been paid to every detail, ensuring precise workmanship and a high-quality finish.

The BenchK PB3 steel pull-up bar is designed primarily for BenchK Series 7 wall bars but is compatible with all steel BenchK wall bars series.

Warranty

BenchK provides a warranty as a manufacturer
– for metal parts: 10 years
– for other elements: 2 years.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
a) mechanical damage,
b) use inconsistent with the recommendations of the manual,
c) improper installation (assembly) and configuration (inconsistent with the rules contained in the manual).

Spare parts under warranty are shipped within one business day.
