What began with weight training evolved into a deeper exploration of performance and longevity—practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, incorporating yoga for mobility and balance, and learning how recovery plays a critical role in sustainable progress. Over time, it became clear that training harder wasn’t the answer—training smarter was.

Elite Optimal exists to make high-quality wellness, recovery, and performance equipment more accessible to people who take their health seriously. Every product we offer is selected with longevity, function, and real-world usefulness in mind.

Do you offer a lowest price guarantee?

When you shop with Elite Optimal, you can be confident you’re receiving competitive pricing across all products. We work exclusively with manufacturers and authorized partners that follow strict pricing standards, ensuring consistent and fair pricing across the market.

If you happen to find the same product offered at a lower price by another authorized online retailer, contact us at support@eliteoptimal.com with a link to the listing. Once the pricing is verified, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.


When will my order ship?

Shipping timelines depend on product availability. Each product page clearly lists its expected status, which may include:

  • Ships Next Business Day – Ships within 1 business day

  • In Stock & Ready to Ship – Ships within 2–5 business days

  • Pre-Order / Estimated Arrival – Inventory is secured and ships once available

Estimated timelines are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation email. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.


Do you ship internationally?

Elite Optimal primarily ships within the United States. Some products may be eligible for international shipping upon request. Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Do you charge sales tax?

At this time we do not charge any Sales Tax.

Sales tax is collected only where legally required based on applicable nexus laws. If tax applies to your order, it will be calculated automatically at checkout.


Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico?

At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.


Is there a warranty?

Yes. All products sold by Elite Optimal include the full manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and brand.


Do you offer installation services?

We do not currently offer installation services. Some manufacturers may offer optional white-glove delivery or installation, which will be noted on the product page if available.


What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return Policy. Please review the policy before submitting a return request, as some items may be subject to restocking or return shipping fees.


What if I’m looking for a product you don’t list?

We work with a broad network of manufacturers across the wellness and recovery space. If you’re looking for a specific product that isn’t listed, contact us—there’s a good chance we can source it.


What is your cancellation policy?

Orders canceled before processing begins are eligible for a full refund. Orders that have already shipped or entered processing will follow our return policy and may incur shipping or restocking fees.


What if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect your shipment upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it with the carrier before signing. If your item arrives damaged, contact us promptly and we will coordinate a resolution.


What happens after I place an order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from support@eliteoptimal.com . Your order will then be prepared for shipment based on the availability listed on the product page. Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
