Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Once shipped, typically, items will arrive within 1 to 7 business days. While delays are uncommon, they can occur.

In the case of delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control, we will immediately contact you to confirm that you would still like to proceed with your order.

We offer free shipping in the United States (Excluding: Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Marina Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces America, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific) for most of the products on our site.

No shipping is offered outside of the USA. We require that you provide a Shipping Address Phone Number due to the size and value of our products.

In-Store Pickup We do not offer in-store pickup.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes.

Returns and Refunds We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount (exclusions apply).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships) Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately by emailing support@eliteoptimal.com. If an order has left the warehouse, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost. If an order is canceled after it has shipped, it will be treated as a regular 30-day return and will be subject to return shipping cost and restocking fees that are the responsibility of the customer. Select products including made-to-order products and custom products may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if the order has entered production and the order is canceled before it has shipped.

Cancellations of Custom Orders Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as these products are put into production specifically for your order. All sales are final for custom made and made-to-order products.

Damaged Orders In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@eliteoptimal.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.

Refund & Return Policy

If you need to exchange your product, you may do so within 30 days. You as the customer are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes.

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at support@eliteoptimal.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a refund. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product and refer to individual product pages, as refund policies vary by brand.

Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

When you are making a purchase from us you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:

  • I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to Elite Optimal within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
  • I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange.
  • I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused. An additional restocking fee may occur.
  • I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I am unable to receive a full refund.
  • I understand that orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant restocking fee.
  • I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are typically around 15%.
  • I understand that select products including made-to-order products and custom products may be subject to a 25% restocking fee if the order has entered production and the order is canceled before it has shipped.
  • I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside of our control.
  • I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay because an estimate time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of Elite Optimal (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your items do arrive damaged, please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to support@eliteoptimal.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival, or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.

Warranty

Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur overtime and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, this is not a warranty claim.

Returns

Elite Optimal's default policy is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Cancellations

Price Matching

In the event an item goes on sale the later of 24 hours after a purchase is made, we are unable to provide a price match, or price adjustment to the current sale price. If the item is within the 30 day return window, or within the respective manufacturer's return window, you may return the item while paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are typically around 15%. If you need to request a price match or price adjustment within 24 hours of making a purchase, please do so by emailing support@eliteoptimal.com.

BOGO Promotions

In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or a store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing the order.

Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue. Description

The X8 Mountable Rope Trainer by Marpo Kinetics attaches directly to concrete walls, squat racks, cages, and rigs up to 4" thick, keeping floor space open while adding a full rope pull training station to any environment. Its compact profile makes it suitable for both home gyms and commercial facilities.

The Dynamic Magnetic Brake (DMB) system provides adjustable resistance up to 200 lbs, and bidirectional rope pulling targets different muscle groups depending on direction and angle. Up to two auxiliary pulleys can be added per unit to enable horizontal, diagonal, and upward pulls beyond the standard pull-down — auxiliary pulleys are sold separately. Multiple units can also be lined up to create a group training station on a single rack or wall.
