Eligibility: All products listed on our website are eligible for free shipping to the lower 48 states.
Shipping Methods: Depending on the size and weight, orders ship via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) or via Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight Carriers for larger equipment.

Order Processing & Handling

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This confirms we have received your order and authorized payment.
Processing Period: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to confirm your order and prepare it for shipment.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Once your order has left the warehouse, transit times typically range from 2 to 7 business days.

Ground Shipping (UPS/FedEx/USPS): Standard delivery to your door or driveway. Tracking is provided via email within 24 hours of the item leaving the warehouse.
Freight/LTL Shipping (Curbside Delivery): For large/heavy items. Delivery is made to the curb at the end of your property. This does not include bringing the item inside or assembly.

Receiving Your Freight Delivery

Scheduling: For freight shipments, the carrier will call you to set a delivery appointment. You must be present to sign the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Inspect Before Signing: Carefully inspect the boxes/pallets for any damage before signing. If damage is visible, you must mark “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt.
Severe Damage: If the shipment is severely damaged, document it with photos and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at support@eliteoptimal.com.

Shipping Challenges & Fees

Damages: Report any hidden damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery. Our first priority is to send replacement parts to ensure you have a brand-new, fully functional product.
Storage Fees: Most freight companies only hold items for 3-5 business days. If you are unable to receive the delivery, you may be responsible for storage fees or return shipping costs.
Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused for any reason other than extensive damage, you will be responsible for the actual shipping charges (both ways) and a restocking fee.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time. If you wish to use a freight forwarder, we can ship to their location within the lower 48, but Elite Optimal is not responsible for the items once they reach the forwarder.

Warranty

The Canadian Timber Collection by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc. saunas are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use for a period of three (3) years, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the 3 year warranty.

If an order is placed for an item that is temporarily out of stock, it may be placed on backorder. When this happens, your payment is processed at checkout to reserve your unit and secure fulfillment from the manufacturer.
