Shipping Methods: Depending on the size and weight, orders ship via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) or via Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight Carriers for larger equipment.

Order Processing & Handling

Processing Period: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to confirm your order and prepare it for shipment.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Once your order has left the warehouse, transit times typically range from 2 to 7 business days.

Ground Shipping (UPS/FedEx/USPS): Standard delivery to your door or driveway. Tracking is provided via email within 24 hours of the item leaving the warehouse.
Freight/LTL Shipping (Curbside Delivery): For large/heavy items. Delivery is made to the curb at the end of your property. This does not include bringing the item inside or assembly.

Receiving Your Freight Delivery

Scheduling: For freight shipments, the carrier will call you to set a delivery appointment. You must be present to sign the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Inspect Before Signing: Carefully inspect the boxes/pallets for any damage before signing. If damage is visible, you must mark “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt.
Severe Damage: If the shipment is severely damaged, document it with photos and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at support@eliteoptimal.com.

Shipping Challenges & Fees

Damages: Report any hidden damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery. Our first priority is to send replacement parts to ensure you have a brand-new, fully functional product.
Storage Fees: Most freight companies only hold items for 3-5 business days. If you are unable to receive the delivery, you may be responsible for storage fees or return shipping costs.
Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused for any reason other than extensive damage, you will be responsible for the actual shipping charges (both ways) and a restocking fee.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time. If you wish to use a freight forwarder, we can ship to their location within the lower 48, but Elite Optimal is not responsible for the items once they reach the forwarder.

BenchK Swedish Ladder 111

The BenchK 111 is a Swedish ladder manufactured in Poland and compliant with PN-EN 12346 and PN-EN 913 standards.

Designed for home use, it supports users of all ages and fitness levels, with a maximum load of 120 kg / 265 lb. Its solid construction makes it suitable for shared family use. The ladder requires minimal space, with an installation area of 0.5 m² / 5.38 ft².

The structure is made from high-quality beech wood using modern manufacturing techniques, ensuring a smooth finish and precise fit.

Set includes:

Wooden Swedish ladder with 8 solid beech rungs
Adjustable wooden pull-up bar
Assembly kit (wall mounting hardware not included)

Wall fixings are not supplied, as they depend on wall type. Installation on plasterboard walls is not permitted. When using Fischer expansion bolts from BenchK, the minimum wall thickness required is 12 cm / 4.7". For other fixings, follow the manufacturer’s recommendations. Installation method and responsibility rest with the customer.
