Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Once your order has left the warehouse, transit times typically range from 2 to 7 business days.

Ground Shipping (UPS/FedEx/USPS): Standard delivery to your door or driveway. Tracking is provided via email within 24 hours of the item leaving the warehouse.
Freight/LTL Shipping (Curbside Delivery): For large/heavy items. Delivery is made to the curb at the end of your property. This does not include bringing the item inside or assembly.

Receiving Your Freight Delivery

Scheduling: For freight shipments, the carrier will call you to set a delivery appointment. You must be present to sign the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Inspect Before Signing: Carefully inspect the boxes/pallets for any damage before signing. If damage is visible, you must mark “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt.
Severe Damage: If the shipment is severely damaged, document it with photos and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at support@eliteoptimal.com.

Shipping Challenges & Fees

Damages: Report any hidden damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery. Our first priority is to send replacement parts to ensure you have a brand-new, fully functional product.
Storage Fees: Most freight companies only hold items for 3-5 business days. If you are unable to receive the delivery, you may be responsible for storage fees or return shipping costs.
Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused for any reason other than extensive damage, you will be responsible for the actual shipping charges (both ways) and a restocking fee.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time. If you wish to use a freight forwarder, we can ship to their location within the lower 48, but Elite Optimal is not responsible for the items once they reach the forwarder.

As we witness a surge in eco-conscious fitness, this entirely Polish-made BenchK 711 is a proud representation of this movement.

Featuring nine wooden oval rungs, the wall bar offers a harmonious blend with its resilient metal profiles. These rungs, crafted from prime beech wood, are hand-oiled with two coats of environmentally conscious linseed oil from Germany, deemed safe for food contact. Employing top-tier materials such as tactile-friendly beech wood and powder-coated metal, this design allows for a chic, space-efficient home gym, occupying a mere 1 square meter or roughly 10.76 square feet.

Supplementing the wall bar is a set of gymnastic accessories, proudly made in Poland and adhering to European safety standards, specifically PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03 for gymnastic equipment. These accessories are crafted not just for function but to inspire and motivate one towards diverse physical challenges.

The accessory ensemble comprises:

A pair of gymnastic rings crafted from beech plywood, suspended on black straps. Painstakingly polished, these rings offer a smooth grip, ensuring hand safety. Their straps are designed with adjustable buckles for convenience in length modification and effortless detachment. Any superfluous strap can be neatly secured using a velcro strip. As time progresses and children grow, these rings can adapt to function as TRX straps.
A manually knotted climbing rope, designed with a loop at the top and a secure end, removes the need for metallic or plastic parts. This versatile rope can be used for climbing or even as a swing.

Both the rings and the swing receive a meticulous hand-oiling treatment, using the same organic, food-safe linseed oil.

Please note that due to the inherent characteristics of wood, there might be slight variations in color between the actual wooden elements and their portrayal in images. However, it is our commitment to ensure these discrepancies remain minimal.

The assembly kit is inclusive, but the wall mounting set isn't, as its compatibility is contingent on the wall type. It's pertinent to underscore that the responsibility and choice of wall bar installation lie with the customer. Walls made of plasterboard are unsuitable for mounting. If one opts for Fischer expansion bolts from BenchK, the wall needs to have a minimum thickness of 12 cm/4.7". This thickness recommendation can vary based on different mounting methods. For other wall fixtures, one should adhere to the manufacturer's directives. The accessories are crafted to support individuals weighing up to 80 kg or 176 lbs.
