Processing Period: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to confirm your order and prepare it for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Once your order has left the warehouse, transit times typically range from 2 to 7 business days.

Ground Shipping (UPS/FedEx/USPS): Standard delivery to your door or driveway. Tracking is provided via email within 24 hours of the item leaving the warehouse.
Freight/LTL Shipping (Curbside Delivery): For large/heavy items. Delivery is made to the curb at the end of your property. This does not include bringing the item inside or assembly.

Receiving Your Freight Delivery

Scheduling: For freight shipments, the carrier will call you to set a delivery appointment. You must be present to sign the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Inspect Before Signing: Carefully inspect the boxes/pallets for any damage before signing. If damage is visible, you must mark “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt.
Severe Damage: If the shipment is severely damaged, document it with photos and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at support@eliteoptimal.com.

Shipping Challenges & Fees

Damages: Report any hidden damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery. Our first priority is to send replacement parts to ensure you have a brand-new, fully functional product.
Storage Fees: Most freight companies only hold items for 3-5 business days. If you are unable to receive the delivery, you may be responsible for storage fees or return shipping costs.
Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused for any reason other than extensive damage, you will be responsible for the actual shipping charges (both ways) and a restocking fee.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time. If you wish to use a freight forwarder, we can ship to their location within the lower 48, but Elite Optimal is not responsible for the items once they reach the forwarder.

BenchK 731 Wall Bars Exercise Rehabilitation Equipment

The BenchK 731 is a wall bars system made in Poland, compliant with European safety standards PN-EN 12346 and PN-EN 913.

Available in black or white, it combines the BenchK 700 wall bars with a convertible steel pull-up bar PB3. The PB3 features four felt-lined hooks for easy height adjustment by a single adult. When inverted, it functions as a barbell rest supporting up to 200 kg / 441 lb.

Precision manufacturing ensures clean welds, secure handles, and tight-fitting screws. The combination of solid beech wood rungs and steel profiles creates a stylish, multifunctional piece suitable for modern homes, offices, or fitness spaces.

An assembly kit is included. Wall mounting hardware is not provided, as fixings depend on wall type. Installation on plasterboard walls is not permitted. Using Fischer expansion bolts from BenchK requires a minimum wall thickness of 12 cm / 4.7". For other fixings, follow the manufacturer’s recommendations. Installation method and responsibility rest with the customer.

BenchK provides a warranty as a manufacturer
– for metal parts: 10 years
– for other elements: 2 years.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
a) mechanical damage,
b) use inconsistent with the recommendations of the manual,
c) improper installation (assembly) and configuration (inconsistent with the rules contained in the manual).

Spare parts under warranty are shipped within one business day.

Backorder Policy
