Shipping Methods: Depending on the size and weight, orders ship via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) or via Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight Carriers for larger equipment.

Order Processing & Handling

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This confirms we have received your order and authorized payment.
Processing Period: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to confirm your order and prepare it for shipment.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Once your order has left the warehouse, transit times typically range from 2 to 7 business days.

Ground Shipping (UPS/FedEx/USPS): Standard delivery to your door or driveway. Tracking is provided via email within 24 hours of the item leaving the warehouse.
Freight/LTL Shipping (Curbside Delivery): For large/heavy items. Delivery is made to the curb at the end of your property. This does not include bringing the item inside or assembly.

Receiving Your Freight Delivery

Scheduling: For freight shipments, the carrier will call you to set a delivery appointment. You must be present to sign the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Inspect Before Signing: Carefully inspect the boxes/pallets for any damage before signing. If damage is visible, you must mark “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt.
Severe Damage: If the shipment is severely damaged, document it with photos and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at support@eliteoptimal.com.

Shipping Challenges & Fees

Damages: Report any hidden damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery. Our first priority is to send replacement parts to ensure you have a brand-new, fully functional product.
Storage Fees: Most freight companies only hold items for 3-5 business days. If you are unable to receive the delivery, you may be responsible for storage fees or return shipping costs.
Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused for any reason other than extensive damage, you will be responsible for the actual shipping charges (both ways) and a restocking fee.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time. If you wish to use a freight forwarder, we can ship to their location within the lower 48, but Elite Optimal is not responsible for the items once they reach the forwarder.

BenchK 723 Gymnastic Ladder for Home Gym or Fitness Room

The BenchK 723 is a gymnastic ladder system made in Poland, meeting European safety standards PN-EN 12346 and PN-EN 913.

Available in black or white, this system combines versatility with professional-grade durability. The complete set includes:

BenchK 700 gymnastic ladder
Fixed steel pull-up bar PB2
Dip bar DB1
Workout bench B1

Steel side profiles measure 40 × 50 mm (1½″ × 2″) with 2 mm thickness and powder-coated finish. Components are laser-cut using modern joining technology. Nine solid beech rungs integrate into the steel frame, creating a clean structure for any interior.

The B1 bench uses no synthetic leather or foam. Backrest, seat, and knee supports are one molded piece of integral polyurethane. The reversible bench includes an additional seat for exercises like crunches, incline presses, and vertical presses with barbells or dumbbells.

Assembly kit included. Wall mounting hardware not provided—fixings depend on wall type. Installation on plasterboard walls prohibited. When using Fischer expansion bolts from BenchK, minimum wall thickness is 12 cm / 4.7". For other fixings, follow manufacturer recommendations. Installation is customer responsibility.

Natural wood variation may cause slight color and grain differences from images.

BenchK provides a warranty as a manufacturer
– for metal parts: 10 years
– for other elements: 2 years.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
a) mechanical damage,
b) use inconsistent with the recommendations of the manual,
c) improper installation (assembly) and configuration (inconsistent with the rules contained in the manual).

Spare parts under warranty are shipped within one business day.
