Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Once your order has left the warehouse, transit times typically range from 2 to 7 business days.

Ground Shipping (UPS/FedEx/USPS): Standard delivery to your door or driveway. Tracking is provided via email within 24 hours of the item leaving the warehouse.
Freight/LTL Shipping (Curbside Delivery): For large/heavy items. Delivery is made to the curb at the end of your property. This does not include bringing the item inside or assembly.

Receiving Your Freight Delivery

Scheduling: For freight shipments, the carrier will call you to set a delivery appointment. You must be present to sign the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Inspect Before Signing: Carefully inspect the boxes/pallets for any damage before signing. If damage is visible, you must mark “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt.
Severe Damage: If the shipment is severely damaged, document it with photos and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at support@eliteoptimal.com.

Shipping Challenges & Fees

Damages: Report any hidden damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery. Our first priority is to send replacement parts to ensure you have a brand-new, fully functional product.
Storage Fees: Most freight companies only hold items for 3-5 business days. If you are unable to receive the delivery, you may be responsible for storage fees or return shipping costs.
Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused for any reason other than extensive damage, you will be responsible for the actual shipping charges (both ways) and a restocking fee.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time. If you wish to use a freight forwarder, we can ship to their location within the lower 48, but Elite Optimal is not responsible for the items once they reach the forwarder.

BenchK 233 Wall Bars

The BenchK 233B is a multifunctional wall bar system manufactured in Poland and compliant with European safety standards PN-EN 12346 and PN-EN 913.

This configuration combines wall bars with removable training components, delivering the durability of professional equipment in a compact, residential format. The system includes:

BenchK 200B wall bars
Removable pull-up bar PB3B
Dip bar DB1B
Workout bench B1B

All additional components can be removed or repositioned by a single adult, allowing height adjustment and flexible use of each element.

When inverted, the PB3B pull-up bar functions as a barbell rest, supporting barbell loads up to 200 kg / 441 lb.

The B1B bench contains no synthetic leather or foam. The backrest, seat, and knee supports are made from a single molded piece of integral polyurethane. The bench is reversible and includes an additional seat, enabling exercises such as crunches, incline or flat presses, and vertical lifting movements.

The system supports bodyweight training with TRX straps and is suitable for home, office, or institutional settings.

An assembly kit is included. Wall mounting hardware is not provided, as fixings depend on wall type. Installation on plasterboard walls is not permitted. When using Fischer expansion bolts from BenchK, the minimum required wall thickness is 12 cm / 4.7". For other fixings, follow the manufacturer’s recommendations. Installation method and responsibility rest with the customer.

BenchK provides a warranty as a manufacturer
– for metal parts: 10 years
– for other elements: 2 years.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
a) mechanical damage,
b) use inconsistent with the recommendations of the manual,
c) improper installation (assembly) and configuration (inconsistent with the rules contained in the manual).

Spare parts under warranty are shipped within one business day.
