Shipping Methods: Depending on the size and weight, orders ship via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) or via Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight Carriers for larger equipment.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Once your order has left the warehouse, transit times typically range from 2 to 7 business days.

Ground Shipping (UPS/FedEx/USPS): Standard delivery to your door or driveway. Tracking is provided via email within 24 hours of the item leaving the warehouse.
Freight/LTL Shipping (Curbside Delivery): For large/heavy items. Delivery is made to the curb at the end of your property. This does not include bringing the item inside or assembly.

Receiving Your Freight Delivery

Scheduling: For freight shipments, the carrier will call you to set a delivery appointment. You must be present to sign the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Inspect Before Signing: Carefully inspect the boxes/pallets for any damage before signing. If damage is visible, you must mark “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt.
Severe Damage: If the shipment is severely damaged, document it with photos and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at support@eliteoptimal.com.

Shipping Challenges & Fees

Damages: Report any hidden damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery. Our first priority is to send replacement parts to ensure you have a brand-new, fully functional product.
Storage Fees: Most freight companies only hold items for 3-5 business days. If you are unable to receive the delivery, you may be responsible for storage fees or return shipping costs.
Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused for any reason other than extensive damage, you will be responsible for the actual shipping charges (both ways) and a restocking fee.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time. If you wish to use a freight forwarder, we can ship to their location within the lower 48, but Elite Optimal is not responsible for the items once they reach the forwarder.

BenchK 111 + A204 Wooden Wall Bars For Kids Room

A wall bars made in Poland, conforming to PN-EN 12346:2001 and PN-EN 913:2019-03 standards.

The beech wall bars BenchK 111+A204 encourage taking up new physical activities and are designed for users of all ages and abilities. The solid construction supports users up to 120 kg / 265 lbs, making it suitable for the whole family. The included gymnastic accessories motivate children, teenagers, and adults alike to explore new movement challenges.

This multifunctional wall bars set is a distinctive piece of sports furniture made entirely from natural beech wood, allowing it to blend seamlessly into a wide range of interiors. All wooden elements are hand-oiled using a food-safe oil. BenchK 111+A204 is easy to assemble and requires only 0.5 m² / 5.38 ft² of space, making it ideal even for smaller rooms.

The set includes wall bars, a removable wooden pull-up bar, a pair of gymnastic rings, and a cotton rope with a wooden swing. An assembly kit is included (wall mounting set not included, as it depends on wall type).

Installation method selection and responsibility rest with the customer. Mounting to plasterboard walls is not permitted. The minimum required wall thickness when using Fischer expansion bolts from BenchK is 12 cm / 4.7″; in other cases, this thickness is recommended only. For alternative fixings, follow the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Due to the natural characteristics of wood, slight color differences may occur between the actual product and images. Every effort is made to keep these variations to a minimum.

BenchK provides a warranty as a manufacturer
– for metal parts: 10 years
– for other elements: 2 years.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
a) mechanical damage,
b) use inconsistent with the recommendations of the manual,
c) improper installation (assembly) and configuration (inconsistent with the rules contained in the manual).

Spare parts under warranty are shipped within one business day.
