Shipping Methods: Depending on the size and weight, orders ship via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) or via Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight Carriers for larger equipment.

Order Processing & Handling

Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This confirms we have received your order and authorized payment.
Processing Period: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to confirm your order and prepare it for shipment.
Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Once your order has left the warehouse, transit times typically range from 2 to 7 business days.

Ground Shipping (UPS/FedEx/USPS): Standard delivery to your door or driveway. Tracking is provided via email within 24 hours of the item leaving the warehouse.
Freight/LTL Shipping (Curbside Delivery): For large/heavy items. Delivery is made to the curb at the end of your property. This does not include bringing the item inside or assembly.

Receiving Your Freight Delivery

Scheduling: For freight shipments, the carrier will call you to set a delivery appointment. You must be present to sign the Bill of Lading (BOL).
Inspect Before Signing: Carefully inspect the boxes/pallets for any damage before signing. If damage is visible, you must mark “DAMAGED” on the delivery receipt.
Severe Damage: If the shipment is severely damaged, document it with photos and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at support@eliteoptimal.com.

Shipping Challenges & Fees

Damages: Report any hidden damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery. Our first priority is to send replacement parts to ensure you have a brand-new, fully functional product.
Storage Fees: Most freight companies only hold items for 3-5 business days. If you are unable to receive the delivery, you may be responsible for storage fees or return shipping costs.
Refused Deliveries: If a delivery is refused for any reason other than extensive damage, you will be responsible for the actual shipping charges (both ways) and a restocking fee.

Shipping Locations

We currently only ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time. If you wish to use a freight forwarder, we can ship to their location within the lower 48, but Elite Optimal is not responsible for the items once they reach the forwarder.

Description

BenchK 100 Wall Bars

The BenchK 100 is a wooden wall bar system made in Poland and compliant with PN-EN 12346 and PN-EN 913 standards.

Designed for home use, it supports physical activity for both adults and children. The BenchK 100 functions as compact sports furniture and is suitable for users of any age or fitness level, with a maximum user weight of 120 kg / 265 lb. Regular use supports strength development, spinal mobility, and joint flexibility. It can be used individually or by multiple family members.

The unit requires only 0.5 m² / 5.3 ft² of wall space.

Constructed from high-quality beech wood using modern manufacturing methods, it features a smooth surface and precisely fitted components. The wood is hand-oiled with a food-safe oil.

An assembly kit is included. Wall mounting hardware is not included, as fixings depend on wall type. Installation on plasterboard walls is not permitted. When using Fischer expansion bolts from BenchK, the minimum wall thickness required is 12 cm / 4.7". For other fixings, follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. Installation method and responsibility rest with the customer.

Warranty

BenchK provides a warranty as a manufacturer
– for metal parts: 10 years
– for other elements: 2 years.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
a) mechanical damage,
b) use inconsistent with the recommendations of the manual,
c) improper installation (assembly) and configuration (inconsistent with the rules contained in the manual).

Spare parts under warranty are shipped within one business day.

Backorder Policy

What is a Backorder?

If an order is placed for an item that is temporarily out of stock, it may be placed on backorder. When this happens, your payment is processed at checkout to reserve your unit and secure fulfillment from the manufacturer.
